Meet Sunny
Sunny struggles with focus, executive dysfunction, and staying emotionally regulated. They experience symptoms of ADHD, autism, and the general suffering that comes with the hormonal fluctuations of AFAB folks.
Sunny builds systems designed for people like them who are looking for support designed for neurodivergent minds.
Sunny has a pattern.
They start projects with excitement, get lost halfway through, forget what they were doing, and suddenly find themselves overwhelmed by a dozen steps they didn’t know they were juggling. Their emotions rise and fall unpredictably. Their ideas are brilliant, but the world’s systems don’t quite fit the way their brain works.
But here’s the thing:
Sunny isn’t the problem.
The system is.
After years of wrestling with ADHD task paralysis, crushing guilt, time-blindness, and the pressure to “just be more disciplined,” Sunny realized something important:
If the available tools don’t support neurodivergent minds,
then it’s time to build tools that do.
That’s how Sunny’s Systems began — a small, thoughtful collection of planning tools made for real human brains, not robotic routines.
Our planners don’t demand perfection.
They don’t shame you.
They don’t assume you function like a productivity machine.
Instead, they offer:
clarity instead of chaos
structure without rigidity
emotional grounding
flexible project planning
ADHD and neurodivergent friendly layouts
tools designed for executive functioning support
Our debut ADHD Project Planner was created to help adults break down tasks, manage overwhelm, and actually see progress. This planner doesn’t require “discipline” or linear consistency, it’s designed for you to be able to pivot to new projects and return when inspiration reignites. More tools are coming — including a cycle-based planner for AFAB folks, an astrology transit planner (because Neurodivergents love a good structured system), and a chart-exploration workbook.
Sunny’s Systems doesn’t tell you who to be.
It helps you move more gently through who you are with structure that supports you, not pressure that suffocates you.
Welcome to a kinder way to get things done.
